How to capture customer email after order is done?

I am wondering how do I collect the customer email after the payment is done? The cart page that collect customer detail is seem to associate with email service (I am using mailgun). I would like to use mailchimp to collect email after they have purchase the item and how do I integrate it on the cart page when customer enter their detail to order?

Is there any way to export those emails?

I don't think you can add the email from a sale directly to the subscribe list as the customer has to "opt-in" to your mailing list

Maybe a checkbox at the checkout page to allow the customer to "join the mailing list"?

I have one question to ask. Is there a possibility for the Aliexpress's Supplier/ Seller to collect dropshipper's customer infomation such as email/ phone number, and then promote directly to them?

They do not have customer's emails, I don't think they will send them postcards.
