1) Clean browser cache , cache plugin, server cache .

2) Reinstall and reconfigured alidropship chrome extension and try again.

I can not know what is going on as i have no idea what is in your setting. We just guess now.

Try to deactivate all of your plugins expect alidropship and try that as well.

If that not find the issue then you must give access to someone for do it for you.

I Really Appreciate you support , but it was working before
I Just used it Yesterday morning , but now it's showing 0/0 and when i click to import it showing no items to import

Something check in your site.. even the updates can cost issue.

This has happened to me before but I jus cleared my cache and literally after restarting chrome it worked.

Hi everyone!
I used to be able to download a monthly invoice from AliExpress using this extension. I was filtering per dates and download all the order in one document for accounting reasons (showing my business name and address) This option stop working a few months ago. Probably because the layout of AliExpress website and filer orders has changed. Any alternative solution to get this monthly invoice with all my orders?

Attached is an example of an invoice that I generated in January.
