It would help if you posted an example of the text/image you used, and maybe a link (but i can understand if you don't want to share this).

Don't post anything revealing your niche respectively your store. Instead, use Hotjar and see your visitor's behavior by recording them. Additionally, you can search for ways to increase conversions on Youtube as nowadays, it's full of content. But I would advise to first test another product or to try different ad sets and creative ads (like 10 different ad sets and not just 1,2 or 3)...

which type of ads you running. if you are running fb ppe ads, then now test it with wc purchase ads.. Monitor cpc, link ctr and cpm closely.

i can tell you're running engagement ads and either your targeting audience is not getting the motivation to buy your product. Try giving discount, put a countdown timer on your product page to create urgency
Or your product is general and is available locally easily.
