Footer links

how I put links in footer like the one in photo?

I can't see your photo.
But to modify footers, it is part of Wordpress menu system.
You go to Wordpress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and choose footer1 footer2 or footer3 and play with them. Make sure to "save" after you are done or it won't work.
