We haven't run compatibility tests yet. Feed generated in the FB Business add-on has been created for dynamic ads, not FB Shop.

My facebook plugin will not generate a new xml file. It just shows the spinner and never makes any progress. Any ideas?

I never get an error displayed but could be the same thing I guess.

yea I don't get an error just get the spinner that goes on forever. If I inspect the web console it has an error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'addWebSite' of undefined"

There is an issue for facebook business plugin. I discover there is no content id for "AddToCart" event. It is challenging to create custom audience based on this "AddToCart" event if you want to do retargeting.
Even though I contact this to the alidropship support team, there is no response from them.

"ViewContent", "AddToCart" and "Purchase" are basic events included into FB Pixel settings by default.

you mean these setting "ViewContent", "AddToCart" and "Purchase" under Facebook Pixel settings by default itself or these setting "ViewContent", "AddToCart" and "Purchase" under FB Business Plugin settings by default itself ?
Because I notices most plug-in as below let users disable/enable purchase events...

You mean I can manually set these setting "ViewContent", "AddToCart" and "Purchase" under Facebook Pixel settings at https://business.facebook.com ?
In order to set your Facebook Pixel, you need to connect it to your site using our Facebook Business add-on and to your Catalog in Facebook Business Manager, where you can set it up using Facebook Business Manager tools.
