Error message on Aliexpress

Every time I try to purchase a product, I get this message and payment fails "You haven't signed in, or your previous session has expired. Please sign in again"
Does anyone know how to fix?

Hey Toby, did they get back to you yet? I'm facing the same problem. I tried multiple times before it occured to me to check my aliexpress order page.

Apparently, despite receiving the error message, the orders still went through. So I had actually made multiple orders. Fortunately I could still cancel the duplicate orders.

However, alidropship dashboard still only reflects order as "paid" and did not auto-update it to "processed"

Alidropship team, appreciate your reply on this matter!
