Error in Alidropship Woo plugin

I just want to know why i can't activate Alidropship Woo Plugin. Here's the error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: The file .../wp-content/plugins/alidswoo/core/core.php
encoded as type [1/71] cannot be decoded by this version of
the ionCube Loader.in Unknown on line 0

Please check what PHP and ioncube loader versions you have on your hosting server.

Please check php and ionCube versions on your hosting server and make sure that they are compatible with the plugin php version you are trying to activate.
