Error 500 when import products

Hi, i get error 500 when importing product.. i have try to reinstall chrome plugin and log out log in again but still same...
Has anyone ever experienced this? how to fix this issue?

Did you clear cache of your browser?
It worked for me.

I did clear all cached and history of my chrome but, it does not work I still get error 500

I also try to deactivate and activate the plugin again but, still get this error

No, I also tried to delete other extensions and keep only alidropship extension.
Now, I'm just deleting my whole website and start over again . Even it takes 3 months for me to build my website before . I just can't wait for not doing anything . But, it worked again after I start over my site again. Don't worry, I think now I can be faster because I already have the experience.
