How much time it takes for you to get back your cashback? I'm using EPN Affiliate and it is very long...

Hello, it is not EPN that sets the rules. These time frames depend on AliExpress. You earn your commission once a buyer gets his package and confirms it. If he does not confirm it will take up to 60 days to get a confirmation automatically and send you commission.

So, is it a good method to let the orders automatically close themselves? in order to avoid to manage a complain after a confirmation.

Or do you close the orders manually?

I prefer confirming orders automatically to avoid the situation when your client opens a dispute and you can't proceed with a dispute with your AliExpress supplier.
