Duplicated Shipping notification Email via mailgun

I got response from Mailgun:

It looks like these messages were actually submitted twice from your application as the 2 accepted events we have in the logs have differing message IDs. The first message:
....
Please check your side to ensure that messages are not being submitted twice. If you have any new evidence to submit, please update the ticket and we can investigate further.
