Cannot import reviews

Hi, I have noticed today that when I'm trying to import reviews, the process is getting stuck when showing the plans and doesn't import it at all...
Happening only to me?
Any solution?

It happen to me too, just starting today. It spinning like forever...
When I check in Chrome console it has error "Uncaught (in promise) fail get page https://www.aliexpress.com/?alidrop=set_global_site"

I just realized that when I'm not trying to translate it's working!
So.... what is the solution? I want to translate reviews.
Is that a bug in Aliexpress? Or should we get an update for the Chrome extension?

I notice there is update on Alidropship extension on 27/04/2020 the same date the problem occurs. Perhaps this update related?

Yup! The pliugin is not importing reviews. Whether you select the translate option or not, it gets stuck in a never-ending loop forever.

It's been fixed a weeks ago. Try re-install Chrome extension with newest one, if still persists email support.

Same problem here, i tried to update the chrome extension, deactivated the plugin and even deactivated cache settings, nothing helps

I am in desperate need of help

UPDATE: Deactivated the plugin, purged the cache and reactivated the plugin, it is now working
