You can import such products, but it should be remembered that most of payment gateways don't accept sites selling adult products. Also it might be problematic to advertise them.

As far as i know You can import anything to your store

Just you should be aware of all the legal laws of your country or the country whom you'll be targeting when selling such products

You should have a different type of marketing plan also to promote such stores.

Ok, thanks for the help, i have to figure that one out because its only gone be a part of my shop,
I use ali2wo now and they don't aloud adult import. Is it possible to use two plugins togheter ?

You can try to use both plugins, but I can't guarantee you will not have conflicts between them.
