I keep receiving this error although I checked I have Ioncube installed through PHPinfo.

I have the same problem. I have PHP v.5.6+ and IonCube Loader enabled but when I try to upload the plugin a blank page appear and the message " Are you sure you want to do this?" . Someone knows how to fix this? Thank you

Hello,

This is usually caused by the settings in your hosting such as max_execution_time or max_upload_size, I recommend that you check these settings in your hosting cPanel. You can upload the zip file from control panel to root:
home/yoursite name/public_html/wp-content/plugins/
