Oh! "Product" updates. I thought you were talking about the "Plugin" updates. A couple of people were having that problem during the Beta Testing of the Woo plugin. I thought it was fixed. Better contact support.

I use AutomateWoo to handle my emails.

I have 31 email sequences set up, it's beautiful. From abandoned to first time introductions, from wishlist on sale, to customer re-engagement and winback, it covers the while nine. Oh, it also does review requests.

Also on the Automatewoo Abandoned sequences, you can add twilio + bitly to send out sms to people. It works quite well.

Can you create custom or paste existing html emails in AutomateWoo also?

I check that plugin but didn’t want to invest so much at first.

Maybe I’ll consider it in a few month.

no still issue, somehow when script call product, it call lot of data of it (images...) and when admin ajax doesn't return anything or broken, the script stop, normally it should retry again after x seconds.
