AliDropship Woo Plugin setting is not loading

Hi,

Currently, I'm using AliDropship Woo Plugin version:1.6.17 and my website PHP version is 7.2.34.
The problem I'm facing is that in AliDropshipping nothing is loading, by clicking on any button of menu like setting, products... it takes me to the license screen but there is not filed to input my Key.

I tried to delete and reinstall plugging several times, and still, it's the same.

Did anyone face this issue and any suggestions on how to solve it?

You can do 2 thing

1) or downgrade you php version to 7.1

2)or change you alidropship woo plugin to php versio 7.2+

Our web site on PHP version 7.1 is crashing, and already we are using alidropship Woo plugin for PHP 7.2+.

Delete alidropship woo plugin PHP 7.2+ AND download from them website the alidropship woo plugin PHP 7.1 .(install this version in your site)
I wish that is clear enough

I contact the support team and after some investigation, they realized that my theme uses to overwrite the plugin layout.
So by activating another theme now plugin it works fine.
