not showing

Hi, Currently, I'm using AliDropship Woo Plugin version:1.6.17 and my website PHP version is 7.2.34. The problem I'm facing is that in AliDropshipping nothing is loading, by clicking on any button of menu like setting, products... it takes me to the license screen but there is not filed to...

State field is not showing on checkout page, so it fills on aliexpress this field as: "Other", which is wrong. Had somebody ever this error? I don't know what to do, I've tried closing plugins and themes, but it didn't work out.
