alidropship woo is compatible php 7?

Huh? Wrong answer.
1) I don't use cPanel.
2) I Use Centos 7, NGINX, PHP7.1 with Ioncube loader
3) This is a new WP site.
4) Alidropship woo plugin does not activate and issues the above error message.
5) If this isn't fixed, I will request a refund and be pissed.

Sorry I lack knowledge about the situation you have. However, the plugin will probably work fine when you downgrade the php version to 7.0. You have version 7.1.12 so find a way to downgrade the php version and it will work, hopefully.

Ioncube has the version 10 encoder that works with PHP7.0 and PHP7.1. The decoder works with 7.1. You should do the work of encoding using the lattest encoders. PHP7.1-7.2 are becoming very popular.
