the option is available when you have reviews for a product.

I see that mail comes once i marked the orders as shipped. How to turn off that shipping mail, that comes to me.

It is a copy you get on your email. you can disable it in Notification options.

I have DaVinci latest update 0.9.20. and the latest plugin (non-woo) 0.9.10.3 installed.

Also the dropdown menu on home page does NOT open automatically as it did before updating DaVinci to 0.9.20.
