AliDropship settings not being saved

I have an extremely annoying issue. Whenever I go to customise the plugin through the customisation menu, none of the changes I make are saved in the settings.

For example, change the logo image, save, go to the website page, nothing has changed. If I refresh the settings page, it goes back to the defaults with the old log. Every settings page does this.

RUNNING:
WordPress 4.8 MultiSite (plugin is only activated on one domain)

OK, so what about if we use https://wooglobalcart.com/ with AliDropship? would that work?
I need to use woocommerce with multisite for my site to work as I want it to.

We've never tested AliDropship plugin with that plugin.

For custom, you should use the Multisite Custom CSS plugin which allows subsites to use their custom CSS. But for the direct acces, you should use WPMU Dev, Configuring WordPress Multisite is easier on managed cloud hosting.
