Admin Product pages directing to Alidropship plugin license page

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the Alidropship Woocommerce plugin -
every time I attempt to load my products list (or any item under the WooCommerce menu for that matter) it directs me to the Alidropship license page. I validate my license and it says it's valid but I cannot access the products page at all.

Has been working absolutely fine until now. Only thing that changed recently was that I published a new product.

Any help much appreciated.

You get your own personal license key that is valid for one website/domain name. But if you decide to create another webstore in future, we can deactivate the license on your current store and activate it on another one for free. Just let us know!

@Victoria Kudryashova , Igor just just resetted it. i am no more redirected to license page. and also "product/woocom" works. the grrrrr (issue) is i dont have Alidropship "Dashboard", "report"," Marketing ".
these 3 are missing

oh. i think i have to update my Alidropship too. running ver 0.6 (really.lol).
Current Version: 0.9.7.1

updated to Version: 0.9.7.1-------- all my Alidropship are now visible....thanks

I am facing the same issue with Alidropship plugin. After installing the plugin (it was working fine), I changed the site URL from the installation subdirectory to root URL (http//:mysiteurl.com/subfolder to http://mysiteurl.com). After that, when I came back to the Alidropship plugin, it takes me to Licence validation and would not go further saying "wrong website." Sent email to Support and waiting :(

Please send message to support asking to RESET YOUR LICENSE and you should be fine

I recently installed a new key at http://www.clothingculture.co/ . But also for me the issue is when I go to the ‘Products’ Menu for woocommerce, the Plugin is redirecting me to the ‘License’ page!!!!

But I put the correct license in but I cannot access the products now.

Can someone please tell me what is wrong?? I already sent support multiple emails.

Hello, ledzed4!

The most common reason why your license key cannot be activated is domain name discrepancy. It can take place after SSL certificate has been installed on your website. Go to Dashboard => Settings => General to make sure your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same as your domain name. Change ‘http’ to ‘https’ in these fields if your domain name contains https.
