I have a question.
I know there has been Abandoned Carts on my website (I see it through my FB Ad Manager), but Abandoned Cart add-on have no information on that Carts at all.
I asked support, and apparently, if buyer just added product to the Cart, and left site without initiating checkout, nothing is recorded.
If it's true - Abandoned Card Add-On missing very viable information for us sellers - what products are popular with potential buyers...
Is it possible to somehow add this functionality to the Add-On, it's available in all (even free) plugins to WooCommerce - I'm attaching screenshot from Abandoned Cart Lite plugin where I can see all abandoned cart, with or with Initiated Checkout ...
