Abandoned Cart Not Functioning

My abandoned cart features of alidropship is not working.

I have 5 abandoned cart but none of them goes to "Abandoned Cart" page on AliDropship so the plugin does not sending follow up emails on the buyer. It has no Email in Queue.

But before, when i was developing and testing my webstore. It is functioning.

Originally if you don't have emails in queue - it is ok and all emails were sent.

This is not an issue, this is how it works.
If you see Emails queue empty it doesn't mean that it doesn't work. You can try to leave a cart and put your email and check whether you will receive it or not.
