Thanks for your response. I checked this again & found that only one of my three payment gateway, does not goes to "Thank you" page after complete payment. So I think ,I should contact to this payment gateway's support team for this issue. Am I correct?

Okay. Error 500 has been resolved by changes permissions in public_html. But can you tell me that how is permissions in public_html automathatically changes? Can its because of any plugin ? or any other reason ? Request you please solve for me. And also solve my issue of product edit page...
