How I say and in previous post of mine is nothing wrong with the alidropship plugin... If you like to delete attribute is a way to do it in back end of you site, I don't suggests it because most people the don't know what that are doing and broke the connection from aliexpress.

For what reason? if are out of stock, is mean are out of stock from aliexpress so you can not sell to you customer that products

Clean cache a wait little be longer when you open the page...sometime appear this issue because of slow internet connection.

If you have experience with wordpress and woocomerce go for the woo version ,is most customizable and flexible to use. If you don't know much about wordpress go for the original plugin ,is more easy to use and beginner friendly.

How we do that? This plugin is working only with the alidropship original not woocommerce ;)

I use the same aelia currency switcher. So Is your cache plugin issue, I use wp faster cache and I exlude the currency cookies for all of my currency I have set up in my site.(this is the only way the wp faster cache is be able to working correctly) I also use the woocommerce cache handler...

If you use the inbuild currency switcher and options and cache plugin us well are not compatible very well. If this is the case you are one of many of us which have move from the alidropship currency switcher and use third party for this case.

Not sure about plugin.. but even if is someone see your licence key in your website it's mean is allready use ... nobody can use the same one because alidropship team must reset it for is working with different domain.

You can use whatever hosting you like.
