You won't lose any products but the plugin won't be connected to them. You would have to import again to have the plugin take care of them.

I agree, don't think it's a bug as mine is working as it should. Click on a variation and the corresponding image is shown as the main large image. Not sure if it's a theme issue or something else especially if you have it setup correctly. Love to show you but I've got trade secrets to protect ;)

If you try to upload an update, wordpress will give you an error as it already sees it installed and a folder already created so you can either do an update through the plugin tab or if needed you can uninstall old plugin and install new plugin. All data and setting will be retained but backup...

@Miles Not sure if you are still looking for this but that's exactly where you edit the variable image. All you do is click that to remove and add an image for a variable. So if there is an image there now, if you click on it, it will remove it and then you can click it again to add a new one.

There's definitely some editing you have to do especially on Item Specifics. I always delete or alter most of them as they usually don't make sense. For example you have one product that lists the Gender as "Lovers" also you say free shipping but there's products that have "Shipping...

Both are encryption techniques. Most host will support both but some don't. Simple thing (well depending on your host) is to send them a quick message asking if they support them.

Hey first step would be to disable the plugin if you suspect it and then check all pages. W3 is widely used but it can cause slow downs especially if not setup correctly. So you can disable it also and retest. Speed test sites can give you actual numbers to reference while testing.

Hi, Like the reviews with customer images import but can we make that as an option? Because some of those images have brand images, supplier info etc that customers have included in the images. Or allow image edit, deletion etc. Thanks
