I have same theme with you but I cant recreated the issue you say. Try do disable all plugin expect the woocommerce and alidropship plugin. If the issue is still there. Try do ask help from the support Or download the previous version you has and was working ok.

Also if this doesn't fix your issue check in appearance -》 customization -》woocommerce - 》 product page images and check if you have it to be crop in specific dimensions.
