Downgrade to the previous theme version for you be able to work and inform support@alidropship.com about this issue. You can downgrade with 2 ways. a) you have save somewhere in your computer the previous theme and you upload it again b) I wish you have backup you site for you restore it from...

Hi @Ekaterina Sayapina .. Us you know I use davinci woo... In one of my site I lost all of my images of the about page and homepage (only svg img) (through the migration) .. i lost all the default .svg images. I found where this file is locate in my cpanel but i dont know how i will enable them...

How? I didn't know alidropship provide mail hosting ...until a year ago they didn't have mail hosting.

Daniel I don't remember exactly which plugin was , but few year ago I found a child theme creator that was copy and the existing customization on it.. Do some research maybe you can find it.
