In the features image change the title.(in the edit area on the product page.) In the description, right click on the image and change the title.

Check here https://help.alidropship.com/en/articles/2237021-available-payment-gateways Each one if support your country. If is not then you must make store with woocommerce which have more Paytment gateways.
