I think you have your answer right there. Time to change hosts. Even if they have been living under a rock and never heard of WordPress, they should still be able to check server logs etc to see what is causing the error and either fix it or tell you exactly what you need to do to fix it.

If your admin is down too, you have 2 options. Either use ftp (file transfer protocol) or if you are not familiar, use your control panel (cPanel etc) to get to your file manager, then look for the plugins folder (simply use search) and rename the plugin to disable it.

Do you see any errors via cPanel? You should have a icon labelled "errors" Also deactivate all of the Alidropship plugins to troubleshoot.

Instead of disabling Mod Security all together and leaving the door wide open, it's best to have your host disable just the specific rule causing the issue or setup a whitelist. That's very easy for a host to do and safer for your site.
