That's usually caused by to many columns. Go to 'screen options' tab and unselect any columns you do not need.

That link is for the 'Alidropship Original Plugin' only so in Woo the status does not get automatically changed. Once your order is shipped you change the status to 'completed'. The 'Order Shipped' notification setting is available in the plugin settings and it will only appear in your order...
