No dude. You buy the stuff on Ali express for each order and select Epacket delivery. It sometimes costs a couple dollars on shipping. Build it into margins. Yes sometimes shipping to Europe is a bit more than USA... stop worrying, just start!

I found answer. No you don't have to get a new affiliate code. EPN and Aliexpress are not linked. As long as code from site has a tracking to the EPN, you can have as many Ali accounts as you wish. Hope that helps anyone else.

You should do FB ads - you'll do well. Perhaps not use 'red' colour so bright on your money icons there - kinda puts one off - tone the colour down. Do FB ads, target tightly and you'll do fine!!
