Good action plan. I use adespresso for fb ads, you can filter down your best ads and focus on that one. However after running 300 website traffic 0 conversions. Keep up the good work. I'm doing it almost the same way. Going for adwords now and having organic traffic total 150/200 a day.

I have used the plugin. It works fine but the difference is very minimal. Smushing images saves about 5-10%. However if you have the premium version it can reduce image sizes even more. If your website is mobile only then this is a good consideration however for desktop not so.
