Yes I can see it shipped, with the tracking number in my Order in Aliexpress. This is the 2nd time it happens. I'll come back if it happens a 3rd time, as I already have updated it manually now

That still won't sync, clicking on "get tracking" won't do anything. Also, In other cases I don't have to be on aliexpress and it still will update automatically (or so I thought)

I know it won't save your problem, but on a separate note, I think that 4 or 5 emails for Abandonned Cart is a bit overkill. I personally stick to 3 emails (+few hours, +1 day, + few days)

Hi, How comes my visit report shows zero visit, although I definitely had some visitors ? (had friens checking out my store) Does it update the next day or something ?

I have tried to activate it through their website. They provided my with a new DNS to setup on my host (namecheap). After updating to their DNS, my website is now down (it says there may be TLS issues). Any help would be appreciated!
