simply get the plugin and set it according to your desire. i use Tawk.to too, great plugin. although customers didnt chat with me yet, its great.

using my cPanel file manager i can see the Alidswoo folder that explains why it says plugin already installed - but again, on the site itself i cant find any sign to the plugin. not even plugins library. im so confused! wtf is going on ?!?!
