does anybody know why did it stop updating items and informing me? i just realized that it been a while since i received mail with update products notifications, i went to my mail, searched by name and saw that the last one was on 12/23/19, like a week ago. any idea what could be the problem...

just click "place order manually", pick the right variation and order it. yup, simple as that indeed.

she told you to give her in private mesage, your wp info, so she could get in it and check the problem. do that. cmon, she took the time and replied to you - so do some effort and do the least she asks for in the reply

yup thats what i did since the beggining, added manually. but suddenly decided to ask why the hell it aint working, (because now i had to do that for 5 orders instead of just 1). i guess its on my end, ill try different browsers and see if theres any change. Thanks Mar

well, the orders are shipped and it doesnt get the tracking numbers...it doesnt do anything..

does this "Get Tracking" button suppost to do something? by the name i assume it suppost to get the tracking numbers of the order, and bring it to my woocom site and then to my client. but apparently it doesnt do that (or anything else for that matter..) ? is there any reason/fix to this? or...

and? does it work now? i didnt test myself yet.

unfortunately and apparently, thats very common among alidropship team.. edit, but dont forget they also just pushed out an update..so simply wait for a reply..

this is different, this solution doesnt help. i tried it first thing. wait for next update. Victoria is aware and promised next update will fix this. note that afer the next update, you will have to import 1 item and then it will import everything that got stuck previously. edit...

that is unacceptable response. it happens on google chrome aswell, and it begun only with latest update (atleast for me). they cant blame it on the browser without even checking and testing things out. my problem (same problem) is solved after downgrading to 1.6.4, i can completely import now...

what version of alidropship are you using? i wonder since recently some of us are having this issue
