There's no point if they don't reply, like the last time I sent screen captures, logs etc. No reply!

The latest version is 1.6.55 The only thing I noticed when activating product updates, is that it gets stuck after updating 1 - 3 products.

I understand, sorry to put it so bluntly, It's just my frustration with the currently broken alidswoo plugin. Rarely have I had any problems with your plugin during the many years of using it. I understand that you are currently working on a fix and am looking forward to it. Thanks.

You are dead right! I just tried and had the exact same result as you. So maybe the extension or both. I have lost hope in any support as they do not reply to my emails.

Well I managed to downgrade to Version 1.6.53 I haven't had the courage to test it yet :p

Actually FAR worse than I imagined. And they have super fast web hosting !!!!!!!

Makes one wonder if there is anyone using this theme, due to the lack of response. I do not use any of their themes as I find them badly coded and slow. Just check one of their demo sites with PageSpeed insights and you'll see what I mean.

As an existing user, there is no login page? I always thought that there was something dodgy about their website! I need to downgrade my alropshipwoo plugin, as the current one is stuffed!

Your plugin is broken and so is the extension. This is totally unacceptable and will take me hours and hours to change the supplier from .ru to .com and republish all my products. None of my products are "Not Available" or zero stock! Please fix this or I will have no alternative but to abandon...

You can't reproduce it on your side?? It happened exactly the same on two of my sites. I'm not doubting you, but please send me your screen captures (theme and plugins) and error log, so I can see how you tested it.

What's the point of having a support team if they don't reply?
