Did you solve this meanwhile? I do not know if it slows down the page, but I see this cron here, too, and cannot change the time of it (it always jumps back to 10 sec.)

Here it is still the same, too. Tracking ID is received easily with "Get Tracking", but does not trigger the Email for the customer. It only works when entering the tracking ID manually - then the email is sent out. Thank you for investigating,

Give it a try. Order via API, then do not pay. Order again manually. When the manual order is cheaper, you can just pay it and cancel the one from the API. So everything is fine. It would be interesting to see if that happens generally and for everyone, or just from time to time.
