It took me sometime to analyze the question. The address of your site has nothing to do with a Paypal account. What is the problem really?

Payoneer is not bank. It is a Global Payment Service. It only receive payments from companies, not from individuals. I am a long time account holder of Payoneer account.

Yes, in Paypal Business account there is an option to enter your business name in the Selling tools menu. Your customers will see that business name instead of your email.

There is no Selling tools in Paypal personal account.

That is if you want Aftership tracking instead of the woocommerce default. The code of Aftership is somewhere in this forum, you need to search it.
