Blank Order Page, I can not See Customers Orders

I have two orders from new customers but I could not access my order page. The order page is just blank. Please, what can I do? I need to be able to get customers details on time and place order on Aliexpress.
Secondly, I could not update my plugin for a long time from 1.6.6 version.

What can I do?

Probably because you need to switch from Zenguard to Ion, also check your php version
