After several hours I don't see a sign that the issue is being resolved. I don't receive a response to my email. Usually there is a response that acknowledge the receipt. This time there is nothing. As if my email is invisible. If I did not post it here, there is absolutely nothing until now.

Unfortunately the add-on is the only way. it is for this kind of situation. If you have the add-on installed, the buyer will see the shipping cost of the product to his country, most likely the buyer will not order. Unfortunately again, there is no way to know which country is free shipping...

The add-on is causing a fatal error in my site and it crashed. I activated free shipping in woocommerce and deactivated the add-on. I asked help from support, no response yet. This is just one of the never ending issues of the add-on.

Better send email to support. I am not sure if any member is willing enough to repeat what has been discussed many times in the past. Everybody is annoyed by repeated questions, that is why this thread below was created.

It is not prudent to say it is not profitable. But no matter what the owner say, everybody understand that the site is being sold because it is not profitable, otherwise why sell it?

Yes, check this and the many other issues of this add-on. Also, there should be information what issue has been resolved, changed or added in each update. This add-on has frequent updates but users don't know what were they all about. It create an impression that the updates are just to show...

At my end it is regardless of the default store currency. I have tested it, what ever the shipping destination, the product price and shipping cost is converted to the currency of that country.
