Oh wow, didn't know that. Its mostly used as a mobile payment processor for those with a business on the go but looks like they have been slow on the expansion of introducing the product to different countries.

How long was it when you placed the order and it being shipped when the customer contacted you to cancel it? I want to know the timeframe of this. If its in your policy that you can't cancel the transaction after it being shipped and they do a chargeback, i think the bank would side with you...
What was the reason for a refund, is the customer trying to game the system by doing this? If the customer does a charge back, he/she will not only get their money back, you will be charged a $15-$25 USD fee because of it unless the payment gateways you have do not charge this type of fee.
