If you want to split variations in order to create several products you can use a Duplicate option:

After you click Duplicate you will get a copy of the original product and edit it as you like.

• Free+shipping feature

• Import reviews without images option

• AliDropship Update widget

• Separate options for updating prices and stock

Free + Shipping in my opinion is a garbage selling technique where they list the items for sale and then charge you higher shipping.
