Not able to update the AliDropship Plugin

I tried many times to update my Alidropship Plugin to the new Version(1.0.6) but failed. I tried by adding a new plugin via the dashboard and also tried via c panel but was not successful. What could be the reason? I approached customer support team but I have been waiting for ages to get their response. I am having the worst customer service experience.

It looks, I made a blunder taking their products. I am considering not to use Alidropship.
