Your cash-back URL is not correct (anymore?)

Hello,
Getting this problem for some day now.
I didn't change ANYHTING, it just broke alone.
I cannot provide you with credentials for security reasons, please help me fix this.

The alitems.org URL looks like this when I click an item:
https://alitems.com/g/<CODE>/?ulp=https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/ALIEXPRESS_ITEM

The "Test Connection" Button in the main settings shows that everything is ok.
I cleared the browser cache and the WP cache.

Using the latest AlidsWoo and the latest Wordpress.
But it may be related to the latest AliDropship Chrome extension: Version : 2.4.8.4
Because it looks like it stopped to work from this date or around...
Please help, I cannot use Alidswoo anymore!

EDIT: even after removing the cashback URL...it goes to s.click.aliexpress.com but still tells me my cashback URL is incorrect. Encoding problem?

same issue there. I'm using EPN as cashback on aliwoo. Happened a couple of days ago. Maybe RandomGirl is right and the issue might be related to the chrome extension.

Please advise us.

What kind of missing information?
I tested with 3 different products from 3 different suppliers.
I tested with orders containing one or two items.
Still same.
And it worked fine before! it just totally stopped working from one day to another without any update except the chrome extension.
If I order from my cash back URL manually (without using alidropship) I do get the commission, so this is definitely not a cash back URL problem.

Thank you @Moussdog for the tip. Unfortunately this is still not working whatever the product it is...:(

EDIT: Looks like an encoding problem:
-putting nothing in the cash-back URL = crash
-putting correct cash-back URL = crash
-putting a messed up cash-back URL with 'http%' instead of 'http://' works but doesn't use the cash-back anymore.

URL Encoding problem?

Could you please somebody PM me your domain name and WP login credentials - with a link of the product that couldn't be auto-ordered? We can't reproduce this issue with our sites, so we need a particular example to understand what might be the issue.

Ok so with the help of Yaros, we have narrowed the problem down to Adblock plus, which seemed to make the cashback url buggy and not work, blocking the ordering process. I disactivated the adblock plus chrome extension and it's working fine now. Thank you.

Yes that was a sneaky problem...It looks like Adblock blocks alitems.com but even after whitelisting the domain it still doesn't work. Adblock must totally be deactivated. But yes, that works now. Now it seems obvious, because the tab closed automatically when clicking the link -> typical anti pop-up behaviour.
