WP Cerber plugin & Dashboard admin page

Dear all,
When I try to login to admin page, I get 404 error. I haven't changed the admin page in WP Cerber plugin.Any idea what should I check next.

I tried wp-login.php and wp-admin.

It still could have something to do with WP-Cerber. Go into the plugin directory via FTP, download and backup, then delete the WP-Cerber folder ... then try. If it works, reinstall WP-Cerber, then try it again. If it doesn't work, re upload the WP-Cerber folder and scratch head.???
