Why I have my order pages and shopping cart not in responsive ???? This is a problem with wooodropship configuration ???

Actually i just checked and it looks like your site has an issue under 320px. Easy fix usually but you should get support from the theme creators. That's iPhone 5 and smaller phone size so it also depends on how important it is to you to have your site be responsive for older smaller phones.
