Why is the alidropship plugin gone when i change adress wordpress from mydomain.com to www.mydomain.com?

I had a similar problem, and it also showed a "wrong site" message at the top of the dashboard. So i contacted support, and basically it was because the license worked only on mysite.com and not on www.mysite.com so they reset the license and it worked fine.

Do you know which of the plugins I need to keep activated to work with the Woo themes on Wordpress.org? I have kind of messed up things and my chrome plugin won't work either. I keep trying but I get the same thing. It worked once I think then went to off again.

This is what I need. But how did you reach them to resolve this issue. I am not hearing from them anywhere.

Victoria had solved this problem for me very quickly, it had to do with the prefix www. or without.
Something the social rabbit support team can take as an example .........
