why is alidropship extension keep logging me out?

This is totally killing me
alidropship chrome extension keeps logging me out every few minutes automatically
what makes it worse is that the icon on top of the browser says "on"
but in fact when you click and open it
the extension actually needs you to log in again
and it takes more than just two to three clicks to actually get logged in
what is wrong with my browser? or is it my server? or is it alidropship woo plugin itself?
i have been doing nothing all day except for logging in and logging in and logging in again
it is totally wasting my time and is killing me
please please please someone please help!!

So this is the third day I am dealing with this

I reinstalled alidropship plugin and extension, removed cloudflare by deleting the account and changed nameservers back to default, cleared my browser cache, below are the version info
WordPress 4.9.6.
AliDropship Woo Plugin Version 0.8.16
alidropship chrome extension Version 2.5.16
PHP 7.1
MySQL 5.6

after all these,
i am still getting double files for each product import
i am getting all products imported without images
products that are imported, then deleted are said to be "Product already imported"
"Images to be imported" remains as 78 before and after plugin installation

Im now waiting for help from Alidropship hopefully this will get resolved soon.

anyone of you facing similar problem? im recording this here so that if someday some one faces this problem this may become helpful.
