If you've used AliDropship, what was the first mistake you made that actually cost you time or money?

Picked the wrong niche?

Imported too many products?

Ignored product descriptions?

Ran ads too early?

Trusted supplier ratings too much?

Messed up pricing?

Not looking for "guru" advice. Just real mistakes and what you learned from them.

I think this kind of thread would help beginners way more than another "I made my first $1,000" post.

My first mistake was importing like 150 products in one night. I thought more products = more sales. Wrong. It just made my store messy and confusing. I removed 80% later.
