What method does Alidropship use to import images into Woocommerce?

I am trying to use a plugin that will automatically resize images upon upload. Like if an image is above a specific dimension then it will downscale it etc. It works fine when I manually upload images via the woo product page but with Alidropship nothing happens to those images it imports. Is the plugin somehow using a different method? How do I hook into the plugin during the upload process?
